*This is for a digital print FILE that you will receive through Etsy downloads once your portrait is ready! I do not print out prints and ship at this time!*

----------- Ordering Instructions ------------
- Your digital file portrait will come on a standard 8x10 size and 300 DPI for the best printing resolution, but please let me know if you want a different size and I can accommodate most sizes!
♥ Under personalization, add any words or wording you would like me to add to your digital portrait.
- All wording is hand-lettered & the font will be random unless you have a specific font you want me to use for your portrait. If no font is specified to me, I will just use what I feel like would fit in well to your portrait!
- Personalization is completely optional!
♥ After ordering, send me a message through Etsy with a good quality photo you want me to use for your digital portrait and let me know who your bias is! (Name and group name if applicable)
- You don't need to provide me photos of your bias unless you have specific photos that you want me to use of them!
♥ 1-2 week delivery time once I receive your reference photos! Your finished portrait will be uploaded to your Etsy downloads where you will be able to access to your print and download it to your device.

♥ You MUST send me your reference photos so I can create your digital portrait! If no photo is received within 3-5 days & after 2 attempts to get them from you, I will have to refund & cancel your order.
♥ Photos that are not blurry and are clear with good quality are essential for your portrait!
-Photos of yourself and your bias work best if they are SELFIES.
- If you're not sure if a photo will work or not, please don't hesitate to contact me before placing your order!
- I will most likely use multiple photos of you and your bias as references for your portrait so the more photos the better!
- You don't need to provide me photos of your bias unless you have specific photos that you want me to use of them!
♥ This listing is for half body portraits, meaning it will only be from the chest and up, like shown! If you are interested in a full body portrait, please message me for a custom order!
♥ These digital portraits are NOT realism portraits. These are my signature style portraits with some realistic features and some cartoon features. Portraits will not look like photo realism, as they are a cartoon recreation.
- There WILL be differences between the original photos and the digital portrait! I try to make the poses look as natural as possible, so a few things may be changed so that the pose doesn't look awkward!
♥ I will be in contact with you throughout the process! Please make sure you are subscribed to Etsy emails and check your messages in a timely manner while you are waiting for your portrait!

♥ I offer up to two FREE revisions to your finished portrait! Any revisions requested after that will come with a $10 fee.
♥ Due to the nature of custom orders, I cannot accept refunds or exchanges.
♥ If you need to cancel an order, please contact me within 12 hours. Once the drawing process has begun, I cannot cancel your order.

Frequently Asked Questions
You seem to have longer processing times than other sellers on Etsy. Why?
Etsy is filled with amazing creators and makers but we are all so different! We know quick is what everyone wants, but some of our items are just too special to be able to have a super fast turnaround time. I personally paint each and every portrait, whether it is on wood or digitally and this takes time! During peak seasons, like the holidays, it takes even longer because our unique and one of a kind items are always in high demand and I can only do so many paintings in a day! A lot of Etsy sellers have a whole team behind them helping them to create their awesome creations, I just have me! Rest assured I am always working hard on orders and always try to ship early when possible!
Do you guarantee Christmas delivery?
Delivery dates are never guaranteed. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, I can't control how fast it gets to you. Because of this, always be aware that shipping delays may happen and give yourself extra time to receive your package, especially during the peak seasons!
Snow Globe Shipping Guidelines
Our custom minimalistic style portrait snow globes have been a big hit since adding them to the shop a couple of years ago! We have learned a lot about shipping things filled with water, so we have added some extra guidelines when it comes to shipping these snow globes!
*If temperatures are expected to get below freezing in our state in which we ship from (Indiana) we will NOT ship until the temperatures get ABOVE freezing, which is 32 degrees*
- If your snow globe order is due to ship during a time that is supposed to get below freezing, you will receive an update from us explaining and your ship by date will be extended.
- When purchasing, you automatically AGREE to these guidelines. No refunds or cancellations will be given.Why do you have guidelines for shipping snow globes?
Since our snow globes are filled with water and then shipped to your destination, when temperatures get below freezing the globes that are in transit may end up freezing causing the globe to naturally expand. Then when the globes are brought back to above freezing temps, they will de-ice and turn back into liquid, which may cause the globe to burst from the pressure and start leaking. The act of icing and de-icing can also cause dents in the globe. To help combat this issue, we've decided to not ship these globes when temperatures in our home city is expected to drop below freezing, to try to prevent any damage to the globe!
