----------- Ordering Instructions ------------
♥ Select how many people are in the photo you want me to recreate (including any people you are adding on)
♥ Select full color or black & white
♥ Under personalization, add any words or wording you would like me to add to your digital portrait
- All wording is hand-lettered & the font will be random unless you have a specific font you want me to use for your portrait. If no font is specified to me, I will just use what I feel like would fit in well to your portrait!
- Personalization is completely optional!
♥ After ordering, send me a message through Etsy with all the reference photos you would like me to use. Please make sure they are clear & good quality!
REVISIONS:
♥ I offer TWO free revisions to the completed portrait. If you wish to have something revised after the second time, it will be an extra $10 fee. Revisions will be completed within 3 business days.

- Your digital portrait comes on a standard 8x10 size digital file at 300 DPI for the best quality printing. Usually, this standard size is good enough to be blown up to a 16x20 print without any issues in quality but please message me if you need a bigger file!
♥ You MUST send me your reference photo so I can create your digital portrait! If no photo is received within 3 days & after 2 attempts to get them from you, I will have to refund & cancel your order.
♥ No PHYSICAL product will be sent out to you. Your finished digital portrait will be sent to you through Etsy messages and a dropbox link to ensure the best quality!
♥ Photos that are not blurry and are clear with good quality are essential for your portrait! Photos without filters are preferred but usually can be worked with.
- If you are wanting a black and white portrait, your reference photos do NOT need to already be in B&W
- When selecting a photo to use for the “added on person” try to find a photo that has a similar stance as your main photo that you want them added to. This helps me with the drawing process so that it looks as natural as possible!
For example:
Photo with 5 people standing up with their arms behind each other. A good photo to use to add another person to that original photo of 5 people would be of one where the person you want added is standing up next to someone as well.
Photo with 2 people taking a selfie. A good photo to use to add another person to that original photo would be a selfie of that person as well.
- I will try to work with any photo you have, but these tips are extremely helpful when choosing your photos to send to me! If you're not sure if a photo will work or not, please don't hesitate to contact me before placing your order!
♥ Multiple photos are appreciated! Sometimes it is easier to draw when I have multiple photos of different angles and stances to work off of.
♥ If you have multiple photos that you want added together to combine into one photo, again, please try to get similar looking stances in all the photos!
♥ While these digital portraits are drawn in a realistic style, please understand that they are not hyper realism portraits.
There WILL be differences between the original photos and the digital portrait! I try to make the poses look as natural as possible, so a few things may be changed so that the pose doesn’t look unnatural!
♥ I will be in contact with you throughout the process! Please make sure you are subscribed to Etsy emails and check your messages in a timely manner while you are waiting for your portrait!

Frequently Asked Questions
You seem to have longer processing times than other sellers on Etsy. Why?
Etsy is filled with amazing creators and makers but we are all so different! We know quick is what everyone wants, but some of our items are just too special to be able to have a super fast turnaround time. I personally paint each and every portrait, whether it is on wood or digitally and this takes time! During peak seasons, like the holidays, it takes even longer because our unique and one of a kind items are always in high demand and I can only do so many paintings in a day! A lot of Etsy sellers have a whole team behind them helping them to create their awesome creations, I just have me! Rest assured I am always working hard on orders and always try to ship early when possible!
Do you guarantee Christmas delivery?
Delivery dates are never guaranteed. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, I can't control how fast it gets to you. Because of this, always be aware that shipping delays may happen and give yourself extra time to receive your package, especially during the peak seasons!
Snow Globe Shipping Guidelines
Our custom minimalistic style portrait snow globes have been a big hit since adding them to the shop a couple of years ago! We have learned a lot about shipping things filled with water, so we have added some extra guidelines when it comes to shipping these snow globes!
*If temperatures are expected to get below freezing in our state in which we ship from (Indiana) we will NOT ship until the temperatures get ABOVE freezing, which is 32 degrees*
- If your snow globe order is due to ship during a time that is supposed to get below freezing, you will receive an update from us explaining and your ship by date will be extended.
- When purchasing, you automatically AGREE to these guidelines. No refunds or cancellations will be given.Why do you have guidelines for shipping snow globes?
Since our snow globes are filled with water and then shipped to your destination, when temperatures get below freezing the globes that are in transit may end up freezing causing the globe to naturally expand. Then when the globes are brought back to above freezing temps, they will de-ice and turn back into liquid, which may cause the globe to burst from the pressure and start leaking. The act of icing and de-icing can also cause dents in the globe. To help combat this issue, we've decided to not ship these globes when temperatures in our home city is expected to drop below freezing, to try to prevent any damage to the globe!
